★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Would be 5 stars if they cleaned the bathrooms more often. It reeks of pee and the smell carries into the sauna and locker room. Like another user mentioned, a door between the bathroom and the rest of the locker room / sauna would probably do wonders for the smell. Also, a queue system for the pool would be nice. It could be as simple as a whiteboard with marker or some paper that people write their names and start times on.Otherwise, the parking is nice, the pool is clean enough and a good temperature, and the staff are all kind and helpful
August 12 · Evan BonsignoriGreat gym, but the company they partner with for the garage is a nightmare and single handedly makes me want to go elsewhere. The gym is so good I still come here fairly regularly, but I’d come all the time if they had a half decent garage setup.
September 25 · Trevor de CastroThe music here is so bad and so loud, you can’t even hear your own music. Who wants a Katy Perry mega mix in 2025?Equipment is old and run down, entire locker room smells like someone blew up a stall no matter when you’re here.Other location is better in comparison.
September 22 · Sean SmithI’ve been coming to this LA Fitness for almost two years, and I’m absolutely livid right now. This place is super close to my house and has all the equipment I need, and most of the staff are great, but that doesn’t excuse what happened today. I go to shower after my workout, forget my sandals, and step on a freaking bloody needle in the shower! Are you kidding me?! As someone who works with and studies bloodborne pathogens, this is beyond disgusting, it’s straight-up dangerous! The cap was on, so it didn’t break my skin, but that’s not the point. I shouldn’t be dodging needles in a gym I’m paying to use!The locker rooms here have always been a filthy, grimy mess, unchanged for days, maybe weeks, and it’s unacceptable. I told the front desk, and the guy apologized and handled it quickly, but that’s not enough. Why am I paying for a membership when I’m risking my health just taking a shower? They just splurged on a shiny new Pilates room, but can’t be bothered to scrub the locker rooms? What kind of priorities are those?! This is a massive wake-up call, and if they don’t get their act together and start cleaning properly, I’m done with this place. This is ridiculous and dangerous!
July 23 · Alexander RaiaOverall, I love this gym! But the reason the entire place keeps getting complaints about how hot it is, it's not the air conditioner, it's the fact that the bathrooms/locker rooms/pool and spa areas aren't physically blocked in! So the humidity from the showers, pool, spa, showers escapes into the ENTIRE gym! They need to put doors in and lock in the humidity from the pool, spa, locker rooms and it wouldn't be so hot in there!
