My starting weight- after three children, emergency surgery, hospitalizations, a life threatening infection and subsequent health problems- was 261 lb. I felt physically drained and exhausted. Every single day. I was ready for a change but feared that I couldn't afford it. Luckily, an introductory special posted on facebook led me to this company. Eight months later, working out with kris as my personal trainer two days per week, attending drop in classes when I could and following his nutrition advice, I reached 203lb and can shop in my favorite clothing stores again.
