Beth is great at creating a workout that is unique to my abilities and what my body is able to accomplish that day. When I'm having trouble with my hip, knee, or shoulder (my body challenges) Beth is able to modify the move so that I'm still doing the work, but not injuring myself. Beth is a great listener and is very knowledgeable about how the body works. Her studio is awesome- her equipment is very clean and well-cared for. I especially love working on the pilates chair.
