Some people at KMK who have been big contributors to my improvement is Chris Elias and Kevin. Chris is someone who has pushed me to my limits at KMK and has helped me reach my goals and set even bigger ones along the way. Kevin has helped me make a workout plan that fits my schedule in and out of season. Also they have taught me a lot about the importance of nutrition and recovery. KMK is such a great community and it is privilege to be apart of it. Would definitely recommend training here to anyone of any age and would definitely recommend Chris Elias.
