When I first met Kira I was not much for working out. I was intimidated my the equipment. Kira took the time to show me how to use it correctly and in a way that works with my limitations due to health issues. Her dance fitness class(Kerboomka) is so much fun and she makes you feel comfortable even if you are not a dancer. She truly is amazing!

She is so experienced and will take the time to work out a plan, both from a fitness perspective and also diet wise, that works best for her clients. I recently had spinal surgery and she has gone above and beyond to send me different exercises that I can do, while recovering, where my back is not involved.If you have a chance, I would definitely get in touch with Kira and let her work with you to make amazing changes and live a healthy lifestyle.

She spends time not only helping me through the exercises, but educating me on the importance of nutrition and sends me encouraging communications throughout the weeks. I’ll admit I was nervous getting back to working out, but Kira does an amazing job of helping me building up my self confidence. I’m really thankful for her!!!!
