Kinetic Body Lab Pilates Reviews
I had a great session with Renee! My arm hurt when I used it when I walked in the door and by the time my session finished my arm wasn’t hurting anymore. Even during my session she got it to stop hurting. And now I have exercises to do help maintain my pain-free state until my next visit. Thanks, Renee!
February 10 · Shannon FarleyWorking with Renee has literally change the quality of my life. Her re-patterning approach is the only way to get at the root cause of any pain and rewire your brain for optimal posture and pain free movement. No amount of physical therapy or chiropractic work can compare. She's amazing!!!
March 25 · Stacy Huggins RymanKinetic Body Lab is "movement therapy" to get you out of pain and it truly WORKS.My story: After a podiatrist told me to get orthotics, I decided to try Kinetic Body Lab. Renee helped move the bones in my foot back in place and showed me how to do homework exercises way more effective than what my physiotherapy lady gave me. They were very specific moves to get me to wiggle exact muscles in my foot to keep the bones aligned.Long story short now I walk better. My knee and lower back hurt so much less now because my foot is hitting the ground right. You have to do Renee's homework or you're wasting your time. But for me it truly has helped me heal where doctors and physiotherapist couldn't. Thank you!
February 19 · Alex LippardRenee's approach to physical health is thoughtful, insightful, intensely knowledgeable and completely unique...unique to you as a person, and to the industry. it's no fuss, but plenty of results.
