With consistency and following his plan, you will see results before you know it! He has a very beautiful, brand new studio that provides a comfortable setting for working out in. He always has high quality workout clothing that are available for purchase. I would recommend this business to anyone who is serious about having a healthier lifestyle and getting their mind and body on the right track.

If you need that extra push, he will give you that and more. All of you athletes out there, you most definitely need him in your life he will give you what you need to sharpen your steel.And LADIES... YOU CAN MOST DEFINITELY TRUST THAT WHEN YOU WALK UP IN HIS GYM, YOU WONT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT WHAT YOU WORRY ABOUT WITH OTHER TRAINERS. He's extremely focused and will make sure that you will be too. And don't forget to join his classes on Saturdays either... he outs EVERYONE to the test and when its all over... you will know you did something!

Kha is extremely professional, and timely/punctual which is great because my sessions are usually early morning. He loves working out and keeps the sessions fun. I can play my music during the session and Kha's energy is next level. He keeps you motivated and pushes you to go the extra mile. In the past I have worked with trainers who give you a few workouts and go. Here I have gotten a comprehensive meal plan in addition to my workouts which make all the difference. I have seen really great results and recommend him to anyone looking to make the commitment to healthy living.
