KC Yoga Kula Reviews
My husband and I showed up for our first class this evening and had an absolutely great session! Nancy has a great voice for a calm flow.I work from home and sit a lot so the stretching felt great in my hips and in my back. Definitely looking forward to doing more classes and trying out their aerial class!
March 17 · Crystal PreyerSomething about the way the instructors describe getting into and out of movements really enhances the experience of each pose. Each class I have taken here has resulted in notable emotional release which I cannot say about any other yoga studio (and I have been to many). Really loved the aerial hammock yoga with Rose, it was chill and relaxing and Rose had using the hammock in ways to give ourselves massages and spinal decompression at the same time; it was delicious🤤.
January 12 · Bethany NakanishiOpen just wear a mask, Owner Nancy is a skilled and experienced teacher. Several great classes to choose from. In person or online, very reasonable pricing.
January 07 · neil solomonI love this place, the instructors and owner are welcoming, friendly and most importantly, skilled teachers. They have a wide variety of Yoga classes 7 days a week, mornings to evenings.A far shot from your average gym Yoga class, expect much more depth and quality instruction.
December 02 · Jonathan RileyTruly a yoga community that is welcoming to all ages, abilities, genders, races, you name it. This is a studio that is not intimidating and a perfect place to learn what yoga is or to get advanced instruction if you are farther along in your practice. I highly recommend taking a class here and staying for a cup of tea afterward!
