Over the course of those many years I have been lucky to study with some of the world’s foremost teachers. Out of all of them, Kristin is the absolute best! Her understanding of the method coupled with her expertise with kinesiology makes her an intuitive coach. She has helped me work through old injuries with a fresh perspective that has allowed me to make progress I never imagined I would be able to. I always leave a session feeling energized and stronger!

After a hiatus during the pandemic, I started working one-on-one with Kristin where I discovered all these benefits and more! What makes her stand out is her excellent understanding of anatomy and movement. When I have an ache or pain cropping up and I mention it to Kristin, she picks up on imbalances in my form and adds specific exercises to address those issues. Last fall I was experiencing mild knee pain, and with some adjustments to my posture and some hip stabilization exercises, I no longer have pain! It was literally like magic. Since I've been working with Kristin, I am back to running and dancing with no pain. On top of that, I feel stronger and more flexible, and I have better posture. I highly recommend her!
