I have already paid for the next six months of training because I know that it is a priority for me. During stressful times like Covid and some personal losses in 2022, training with Katy has been a constant that helped me manage my stress. Whether I see her in person or virtually in bad weather , she knows exactly what I need. I can’t believe how much stronger I am and what I couldn’t do when I started is today’s warm up.
