"Enjoyable" is really important to me: that's why I keep going back every week! Kathy's got a way of making the class flexible (what instructors call "offering modifications") so that each exercise can work for the individual's own level or needs at the time. But in addition, the class size (usually 4-8 people) lets each person be part of a group that is working out together -- and that leads to a type of commitment to be there and check in with each other on everything from how you are feeling to what new restaurants or stores you want to recommend to each other! It really is fun to work out with Kathy and the others in the class!

Several reasons I'm still a fan after all these years : I get individual attention in small group classes, I can do as much or as little as I need to - no judgment - I get personal advice for any particular muscle groups I need help with and Kathy makes her classes fun!
