I was a little hesitant at first but Lawanda the instructor is patient and very good at assisting beginners…she helps you get comfortable and within minutes you are jumping like a kangaroo! I was surprised at how comfortable the boots are. I didn’t want to take them off. I feel like a I can do anything in them. No pressure on my knees or back. It’s a great full body workout! Can’t wait to get me a pair of those boots and join the next class.
