Kevin is an incredible trainer. He takes the time out to speak with you and figure out your personal goals and then surpasses anything you could have imagined. He will teach you how to eat right, he will teach you how to train your body and constantly challenge yourself. At our first meeting I showed him pictures of who or what I wanted to look like. I knew i had the right trainer when his response was Logan I want you to be the best version of yourself. I want you to be strong, confident, and 100% happy with YOUR end result. Dont focus on the look you want, and focus on the look that is meant for YOUR body. After that I knew he was the trainer for me. I not only reached my goal I passed it! I could not have done it without Kevin. I highly recommend K.E.L Fitness. If you put in the work and fallow Kevin's instructions it will change your life forever.
