Now it’s been 6 months since I started, and I can notice the difference in my lifestyle. The program is fun, and you meet great people. Every week you have a new set of exercises, and all the other people in the group are very welcoming and supportive.

I have been able to drop thirty pounds and put on muscle in a healthy and sustainable way.Anyone can go to Journey, it is accessible to all ages and body types. It is a boot camp style class with multiple stations throughout your workout. I feel comfortable going to every class regardless of who is in the class or who is running the class. The people going are friendly, inspiring, and are enthusiastic to help others.The trainers (Logan, Sawyer, and Sam) are willing to push you when needed, but will also work with you at your level and pace. There is no reason not to give this place a shot and see if it works for you.I do wish there were more live class times available, which for a negative is really not that bad, since there is the ability to use the on-demand classes or virtual classes as well.
