It is also rare to find a gym with such great camaraderie where all ages and ability levels are not only welcomed but celebrated.
December 10 · Caitlin LawesJeta is an amazingly inclusive and evidence-based gym that will help you with whatever goals you may have. I am a practicing Physical Therapist, and I have never been more impressed with the collective knowledge and collaborative atmosphere in a gym than I have with Jeta. Owners Jason and Erin are extremely knowledgeable with technique, injury prevention,and progressional exercises, which has a clear trickle down effect throughout the gym. They also offer “daily workouts” (see attached image) based on percentages of 1 rep maxes, which helps the average gym goer to make appropriate progress. This aside, their collection of equipment is nothing short of top-notch. They utilize a variety of Keiser equipment, which is used by a majority of pro and D1 collegiate athletics to improve strength and power. While they are a power-lifting focused gym, the diversity of their equipment can be used to satisfy all of the attendees’ needs. Overall, I would highly recommend this gym whether you are a beginner trying to learn how to improve their overall health, or a high level athlete trying to get the edge on your opponents!
