Although I've liked many of the trainers I've worked with, I've never had one as good as Jenny. Her attentiveness and knowledge far exceeds any trainer I've ever worked with. She provides corrections that often seem small but isolate and strengthen whatever is targeted. She understands the body and expertly guides you but will quickly pivot to another exercise if she sees you're form is incorrect so you don't get injured. I highly recommend her private studio to anyone looking to take Pilates.

I wanted to use pilates to help heal my body and Jenny Tate was recommended to me by other highly sought after LA based trainers. From the first session I was hooked. Jenny got me out of pain, correct my posture and strengthened my abdominals.
