With Troy Jazzercise I never think "Ugh..I HAVE to go work out" instead my mindset is "Yay, I GET to workout today." Great instructors, supportive community with various fitness levels in each class (low impact and high impact-choose your challenge!) along with fun music and routines that incorporate cardio AND strength. No thinking or planning on my part, I just show up and have FUN. I dropped nearly 20 pounds after I started jazzercising. If you are looking for something to motivate you to work out more. This place is it!!!

The one thing you will gain is an amazing tribe of women (some men) who support each others journey. No matter your age or fitness level, all can participate in the class also multiple classes per day offered to meet your needs!With modifications shown by the incredible instructors!
