All you have to do is walk through the front door and you’re set up for success. A good coach is crucial for me - Sean beats “good” by a million. Besides motivating me to improve my nutrition, this gym has made me stronger physically and mentally. The best part is that the coaches create the training program so you just have to show up and follow instructions. I don’t think anyone would be able to have as great of a workout at any other gym in the city.
July 02 · Leeanne PerezEverything about this gym is top tier! All of the coaches Sean, Rick, and Andrea are kind, patient and encouraging. They will push you to work harder and hold you accountable. Any fitness level can join, if needed the movements can be modified. Not the typical pretentious, overly competitive, CrossFit gym!All the members are friendly, welcoming and supportive of each other. There are plenty of class times throughout to day to fit any schedule. Plus, the music is always on point to keep you hype for the workout!

Ive been a member for years and I can’t imagine being a part of any other gym. Sean truly pours everything he has into his athletes & training and it shows.
