Ian is a very friendly, personable, and understanding head coach, who is willing to work with your circumstances. I work full time and can only go once a week, but so far I’m loving what I’m learning here. I’ve also done personal sessions with Mark, and he is also a very friendly and knowledgeable fighter. Recommend this place is you’re looking to get fit, learn the science of boxing, and meet friends along the way.
