The gym is super clean, and all the equipment is up-to-date. The coaches work with your injuries, so you end up better than when you came in. The community here is BAR NONE above all the memberships that I have had like with Planet Fitness, LA Fitness, etc. This is a community of skilled trainers that walk you through your workout, understanding each individuals strength and building on that. This community is about helping each other reach the next level of health, with constant encouragement and building the confidence of pushing past barriers and achieving whole body health. The trainers are vested in your health journey, it’s not about stats here but about achieving and understanding the benefits of strength training. It not about reps, but more about form and safety.
