Each instructor has their own unique approach and technique.I really appreciate how they take the time to show the proper form and technique making sure you are doing the exercises correct not just winging it which is very important. They also suggest different variations based on my strength and endurance. For a regular girly like myself it never feels repetitive there’s always something new and challenging that keeps me engaged and improving. I absolutely love this place and can’t recommend it enough!
