★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I started here in November and love the workout, the space and instructors! I’m an older gal so I have to remind myself that my practice is between me and the mat, and I feel the instructors encourage this every practice. I’d encourage all newbies to start with a slow flow, yin and yoga nidra, and work up to the harder flow classes. But just do it!! You’ll be glad you did!
March 29 · Lori KelloggIntentional Yoga is a truly special place for anyone looking to deepen their practice, whether you’re a beginner or an experienced yogi. The instructors are incredibly talented and supportive, guiding you through each session with care and expertise. They offer a wide variety of classes, from yin and slow flow to sculpt, power flow, and their signature hot yoga. No matter your skill level or goals, there’s something for everyone. The welcoming community and calming atmosphere make every visit a rejuvenating experience. Highly recommend!
March 19 · Peecoon AllenI started practicing here 3 years ago with zero yoga experience and mainly because a friend of mine kept pushing me to go. I finally relented and am incredibly thankful that I did! The staff at IY is extremely helpful and knowledgeable and make yoga really approachable, especially for those of us who don't know what we're doing! There is a wide variety of class options and the community that exists here is really incredible. I can't recommend this place more!
March 22 · Andy PerrinIntentional Yoga has become my happy place. I received a heart transplant 12 years ago and have been trying to find a work out routine that I enjoy. A friend rC6ecommend hot yoga and I wasn't sure my heart could handle it but it has been the best thing for my heart and my body. The instructors and people are incredible and so welcoming. The classes have become a highlight to my week. Thanks IY for making me overall stronger and a healthier version of me.
