Services Offered
Infuzion Fitness offers a focused suite of services, specializing in structured, goal-oriented training rather than simply open gym access, though open gym time is available. The services are designed to maximize results through expert-guided movements and intelligent programming:
- Personal Training (Infuzion Private Training): One-on-one sessions where the trainer creates an individualized program based on a member’s strengths, weaknesses, and specific goals. This is not a "one-size-fits-all" approach and includes a training diary to ensure forward progress.
- Semi-Private Training (Infuzion Semi-Private Training): Small group training (typically 2–5 members) that provides an individualized program experience with a smaller coach-to-member ratio. This offers a great value for personalized attention and allows members to train with friends or family.
- Strength Training: Dedicated programming focusing on building muscle, increasing endurance, and improving overall body composition. This includes the use of highly effective strength training and cardio equipment.
- Resistance Training: Utilizing various equipment and methods to improve muscular strength and endurance, a foundational component of all personalized and group programming.
- Infuzion Group Classes: Structured, challenging, and fun group settings with upbeat music, suitable for all fitness levels due to the use of modifications for those with limitations. Classes are constantly varied and focus on technique and safety.
- Signature Group Classes: These include DIP (Daily Infuzion Programming)—combining high-volume strength training and cardio for enhanced body composition—and HIRT (High Intensity Resistance Training)—muscular strength and endurance using precise work-to-rest ratios for efficient, time-effective workouts.
- Fitness Assessments: Available to identify a member’s current physical fitness level, track progress over time, and increase motivation through metrics like resting heart rate, body composition, and strength.
- Open Gym: The gym is open seven days a week for members to train on their own, allowing for flexibility to complement the structured training services.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1You want a great workout that challenges you? Go to Infuzion Fitness! Eric is great at pushing you but also letting you know it's okay to slow down if you've reached your max. He won't let you off the hook easily, though, because his goal is to make sure you're getting a great workout with good form while maximizing effort in the time you have. But don't be intimidated because he's a good trainer who wants to help you reach your goals! Go!
October 29 · Gina PrevettHands down the best gym experience I have ever had. I am a Yoga Instructor, so the Saturday bootcamp was something out of the ordinary for me, but now I cannot wait to go back for more. I love that Eric guides you through each station and offers ways to use the machines safely and to your personal benefit. I love that he is not yelling at you to go faster, harder, or to push push push. There were many stations with rests on different machines throughout the class. I highly recommend this class for any body type or stage of life, because Eric does a great job and modifying things for you. There are so many different machines and equipment to use, and its very clean and sanitary. Great energy, and it was truly a lot of FUN! Thank you for this wonderful experience!

February 10 · Hanna BarkleyI have been going here for a few months and have been able to push myself more than I thought I could and have achieved more than I initially set out to, which is incredible. On top of it all, I have LEARNED so much about exercise and structuring workouts, which is highly valuable to me. No matter your goal or inspiration, Infuzion Fitness will get you there.
February 24 · Mason FriesnerI took my 10 year old daughter for a Mommy & Me fitness class and we both LOVED it! It was so much fun and got us up and moving on a Saturday morning. She keeps asking when the next one is!
