She gives you diet tips, she’s always sharing what works and doesn’t for her and our group sessions are a total safe space. I started being so shy and embarrassed of my body, I thought Pilates was just for skinny people and that was one of the first things I shared with Euna. She totally proved me wrong🩷 I regret not starting before because the progress not just in my posture/body but for the change in my mood and my mind. 45 min after each session and I’m a completely different person!

March 15 · Sarah CoteI love coming to In&Out Pilates. Euna is a great instructor who is very informative and patient and offers 1:1 classes as well as group. If you are new I definitely recommend doing a couple of 1:1 sessions and then joining a group class! My breathing, flexibility, posture have all changed for the better!I have also done the Food Therapy that Euna offers. I have arthritis among other issues. Physically my body feels sooo much better, I’m not in as much pain as normal. I feel more energized and confident in myself. I’ve made progress in my exercise and Pilates. I don’t feel as sluggish going through the routine and am able to flow through the exercises with more ease than when I first started. It’s a great program to add and continue to do on your own!

She truly cares for her clients and adjusts for what your body specifically needs. Every session is unique, and I noticed a difference in myself after the first day. Whether you go in for a group session or a personalized 1 on 1 (which I highly recommend) you are going to experience a transformative workout for your mind, body and soul.
