The friendliness, great instructors, a variety of classes and a warm, welcoming environment. I recently injured myself and I knew, without a shadow of doubt that Jackie and the other instructors would help me adapt so that I could still go to classes and maintain a fitness schedule as well as enjoy the social aspect.

It is also a gym that everyone is so welcoming and friendly that over time they become a new community, I.e. friends!!!

June 16 · Helene GidleyReally nice, small but mighty class-based gym in West Ann Arbor.Really friendly community atmosphere, and beautifully decorated interior.I have been enjoying the yoga classes here for the past 3 months.Many of the classes are during business hours, but some are after 5pm or before 8am.It follows that tends to be (mostly) a community of active retirees, but there is also a mix of younger people who attend classes. Everyone is super friendly and tries to learn your name and people often have conversations between or after class, so I think it would be a good place to make new friends in the community.They run package specials for NEW clients in the summer (I am not sure about the fall). You might want to check with them to make sure I got that right, though!

Classes are intimate. The instructors have the time to get to know you and keep track of your progress. I have grown and continue to find ways to push myself and take care of myself in many different ways. The owners are really special people who truly care about people getting healthier.
