August 29 · geminigirl_252Every class is a challenge and a chance to bond. Even if you can't do every move, you still end each class feeling accomplished. Each instructor can accommodate injuries and is easy to talk to. Ever person in the class hypes each one up. Is it cheap... no! Will you come out drenched sweat feeling just a little stronger...yes!Also, don't expect any excess weight to just fall away magically. But you will notice clothes fitting a little looser and every move a little more powerful. Walking in the doors and you will see people of all colors, ages, shapes and sizes and it's a great way to work off daily frustrations.Most classes will fit your schedule and range from from about 45 minutes to an hour. I highly suggest you start with the shorter classes and build up. Your lungs, legs and arms will thank you.I definitely recommend.

The instructors are very dedicated and take their time to make each member feel welcome and encouraged to continue. Along the way I have met many new friends and it no longer feels like a dreaded workout, but fun hangout with friends while burning calories!

The instructors continue to push everyone in the class to get the most out of their workout and they are very motivating but also accommodating. I am so thankful I decided to sign up for the 6 week challenge. Today is the start of week 3 for me and I am already witnessing a change in my muscle definition. I highly recommend ILKB if you’re serious about making a change in your physical and mental health!
