I usually attend boxing classes on Mondays and Wednesdays at 6 PM with Coach Piotr Chmielewski — and what can I say? He's a high-energy coach who always keeps the group on their toes with a variety of boxing drills. His classes are never the same and always keep you engaged.I also really enjoy training with Coaches Ricky and Mary Lou — each of them brings their own style and gives 100% in every session. The overall atmosphere is motivating, supportive, and just what you need to push yourself.Strong 5 stars from me — I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to improve their fitness or boxing - Gerard Scheffler
