He is easygoing, a great listener, and an overall fun person to be around. I have to navigate a tough schedule with timing and travel and he has been nothing but accommodating throughout these years. Ryan and Rob are so knowledgeable in all aspects of strength, conditioning, nutrition, etc. The programs they run are perfect for people of all experience levels and strengths.
