I first started working with Andy when I was trying to get in soccer shape for my freshman year of college. Andy was able to help me not only meet but exceed my strength and conditioning goals. I would never classify myself as fast or quick, but after working with Andy on being explosive and maintaining my speed. I was able to come in 4th out of a team of 25 girls in our conditioning test. My soccer coach was so impressed with my performance that I earned a starting spot on the field and played all 90 minutes in every game of the season!Andy was able to utilize his coaching experience and fitness education to create a highly personalized exercise program that best met my needs. One of the best things about Hudson Performance, is that Andy cares deeply about each one of his athletes/clients. He is not giving anyone a standard paper program like some of these other so called "trainers". I first met him 8-9 years ago when I was playing rugby. His coaching in the gym elevated my game to new heights, that I wouldn't have achieved otherwise. Many years later, I still go to him for training.Although we've shifted focus from elite athletic performance to more functional fitness, he still brings the same attention to detail and dedication to my sessions, as he did when I was an athlete. His knowledge and attitude towards training and building strength and speed is a major reason I kept in shape and made gains in the gym. When I met Andy at age 12, I played 2 sports year-round, and I gained a baseline of lifts and understanding of training. I stayed with Andy all through middle school sports, making gains the whole way. When I changed my sports in High School, my training and experience with Andy became elevated. Paired with his nutrition advice, I was able to get myself in the best shape of my life for my senior year sports seasons. My relationship with Andy has spanned almost a decade, and I could not recommend his services more to anyone looking to get in shape, stay in shape, and train for sports in a fun and competitive environment.

It's a competitive atmosphere in the building and he finds ways to create the best version of each and every athlete that walks in the door.
