July 01 · Gina SquitieriHudson Boxing Gym is hands down one of the best training environments I’ve ever stepped into. From the moment you walk in, there’s a strong sense of purpose and community that hits you right away. Ricardo, the head honcho, leads with a calm confidence that makes you feel like you’re in good hands. He’s knowledgeable, focused, and makes sure the gym stays on point at all times. Einin & Reese are always very welcoming at the reception area as well. The rest of the staff are just as dedicated and supportive. What really sets Hudson apart is the culture. It’s professional yet welcoming and the vibe is always positive. Everyone in the gym is encouraging and motivated which makes every session something you look forward to. There’s no attitude or ego here just people trying to better themselves while lifting each other up. Whether you’re a beginner or have years of experience under your belt Hudson Boxing Gym offers the kind of environment that makes you want to keep coming back. It’s exactly what you’re searching for when you think of a space to grow train and be surrounded by good people.
July 23 · Alan VargasLoved my class with Ricardo. I came in with some basic experience but he pushed me hard while also respectfully correcting my form. Great patience and great workout. Recommend!
July 30 · Shir GiladGroup classes are tight, instructional, and a hell of a workout. Coaches are in there to push you while still helping you become a better boxer. Gym is pretty small, but they make up for it. Would recommend.
August 21 · Boomer SaragaI've tried almost every boxing gym in NYC including rumble, hit house, underground, etc. This place has so much personality and seasoned talented trainers than any other place you will find. You get to condition both indoors and outdoors and spar both with partner and the instructor in circuits. Not to mention two VERY CUTE dogs in the lobby to pet during breaks. Ricardo is an amazing instructor and gave lots of 1:1 attention with insightful pointers.Clearly they don't need another 5 star rating but in case you are seeing this I highly recommend to anyone -- book by calling and they have personal training available if you want to get your form down BEFORE doing endless rumble classes or bagwork like me.
