July 14 · Albert StormSince coming to HOY, I have found a sense of balance, not only in the studio, but in my everyday life! Yoga was something I didn’t know I needed, but can’t get enough of now. The teachers are top notch and help you improve in each class. I’m really happy to have stumbled upon this studio and bring my friends who have also come to love going!!

February 13 · Lauren ElizabethVisited for Sunday morning Power Vinyasa with Lara. This was my first class at House of Yoga. I was greeted as I walked in the door with a warm and friendly hello as Lara introduced herself! The flow was very well constructed and just the right amount of challenging! I really enjoyed the little bit of history about the asanas that she shared during the flow. Also, during Savasana, she shared a lovely little poem that really touched my soul!Thank you Lara for making my first experience at House of Yoga one that will definitely bring me back, hopefully in tow with some friends!
