★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1This place is ABSOLUTELY amazing. Coach Kelly /owner is extremely warm and encouraging with her athletes. I highly recommend this gym!
February 15 · Mindy BeachI would leave zero stars if I could but it did not allow me. I joined this gym after being told my daughter was being taught the wrong technique at another gym she was enrolled in. As mom who never cheered I felt I needed to follow the owners (Kelly) advice. Kelly told me I wasn’t pushing my daughter by not having her on an elite level team after being novice. I bought it all and quickly realized things were not right! Things seemed ok at first with the thought of what it could be! I even posted on Facebook raving about how she believed in my daughter. My daughter seemed happy until over five coaches quit in less than two months time due to the lack of respect the gym owner had.My daughter was evaluated and placed on a tiny team. I reached out and told her multiple times she aged out and Kelly kept telling me I was wrong. Finally after a week she agreed, confirmed, and moved her up. I reached out to Kelly to express my concerns and she quickly began to curse me. I then asked her for a break from the conversation for the evening and she responded putting my daughter out the gym for my valid concerns. Kelly really bashed other local gyms to gain my daughter as an athlete. I ended up having to file a chargeback to my credit card company and after her response the bank sided in my favor for my return. When she found out she texted me threatening messages to take me to court for fraud (after I had already requested she not text me anymore). Kelly texted my phone even after we left at 1:30 in the morning accusing me of making fake accounts. I highly do not recommend this gym to anyone as it caused my daughter a lot of unnecessary stress and almost made her lose her cheer sparkle!
