I love the whole concept for this women only fitness establishment: there are different stations set up (some for cardio some for strength training) and you switch stations every 4 minutes. Each station has a TV with instructions guiding you through the workout. It feels like you’re working out by yourself but you’re working out with others in a group. Today’s boot camp kicked my behind and I felt great afterwards. They offer a free class for your first time to try them out…classes are otherwise $25. Will definitely be back!

I think it's a great idea to have a pro-female safe space to workout along with targeted exercise routines that females tend to gravitate to. It is an all gender fitness spot. So all genders are welcomed, and may join!!I love the way they have everything set up, all the equipment is cleaned after every workout session. The trainer keeps you motivated, explains the correct way to do an excersie and works out alongside you. I highly recommend!!

The trainer makes me feel confident and comfortable throughout the workouts and she’ll provide substitute positions for me if needed which is super helpful. Great energy, everyone’s so supportive and good vibes everytime. No judgement here, very welcoming gym highly recommend!
