★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I joined for the yin classes. I have tried, and I enjoy the other classes as well. They have a good variety of class times so it can fit a lot of different schedules. All the instructors I have had so far are very kind and helpful. I appreciate when some instructors help me adjust my postures. I want to get the most benefit out of my practice. The monthly membership is a bit spendy, but I think investing in yourself and your health is the best money ever spent. They seem very community driven, which I love since i am a new to the area.
June 11 · TaylorLove this studio & all teachers. Rachel has done a fantastic job creating this space. I, regrettably, took a hiatus but returned 4 weeks after having surgery on my low back...everyone has been great with my very limited range of movement, allow me to do what I can, suggest a few modifications to poses to help support my core and just let me breathe & sweat out all the meds I was on. After just a few classes, I have more mobility. My surgeon was thrilled when I told him I returned to Hot Yoga saying it's an excellent & safe way to heal
June 05 · Tiffany UeltschiThey say iron sharpens iron, and the dedication this yoga community has to total mind, body, spirit wellness truly sharpens my own dedication to my health! And my favorite part is how welcoming the instructors and other yogi students are to newcomers. Everyone just has this spirit of “I’m happy and grateful to be here” and that also rubs off on you. Whatever is going on in my life, I find comfort knowing I can walk into the studio, let go of it all, and just spend 60-90 minutes taking care of myself :)
January 30 · Cassandra St GeorgeI absolutely love this studio! Been a long time member. Instructors are very friendly and have assisted me in improving my practice. A great yoga community! The only thing I will say is lately I have noticed the one hour 26&2 classes are not as hot as they used to be. I have been practicing for a while now so maybe my tolerance has increased. The one hour noon times fit my schedule perfect but I'll try to add in a couple 90minute classes a week to really get my sweat on!
July 27 · Lorena GGreat facilities, talented instructors, and a lovely community. The yoga is hard, but that's what it's all about.I really enjoy the additional workshops and community programming.
