★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Visiting from Australia. Classes only had recordings which would continually fail. At $US50 ($A80) a class, seemed excessive. The place was not friendly. I am a Bikram instructor and own a studio in Indonesia. They wouldn't let me bring my little fold-up bike inside. Just meanness. However, it was the only Bikram studio and I appreciated it with resentment. Better than nothing. But, please be nicer and more inclusive. I beg you.
September 27 · Geoff MaidensThe Shape Shifters class with Nikki has been transformative for my back and spirit. Nikki is attentive, energizing but still calm, and supportive of learners of all levels equally. The heat releases so much muscle tension, stress, and mental weight. I feel part of a wonderful community which is so lifting. I’m so blessed to have found these classes! Please join us! You will leave feeling relaxed, open, and free! Also the class sizes are MUCH smaller than the review photos - only a handful of people, and so it feels very approachable as a beginner, and your technique is closely watched and adjusted.
May 17 · Neeta JainI had a hot yoga class with Nikki, and it was a wonderful experience. She starts off very slow for every activity then speeds up the pace when sees everyone got the hang of it. I felt the activities tackled so many areas in my body and worked really well on the balance. I felt very refreshed after the class. I highly recommend it!!
May 25 · Abla ElserganyI loved all of the instructors I've had, which include Nikki, Nina, Dea, Allison and Nadine. Each of them offers something unique and I recommend them all! I don't always have time for a full 90-minute course, but I found the sixty minute courses to be incredibly valuable, especially with the two formats this studio offers: one format where you perform each move once, and one format where you perform each move twice (more similar to the 90 minute in that way). The showers are clean, the people are friendly, and the staff will quickly get to know you by name. If you are someone who enjoys hot yoga several times a week, I highly recommend the unlimited membership - it's a great value! One thing to note - the studio does lock the door to the entry during sessions and will "close" between classes, so if you arrive for a class and the door is locked, don't panic! Someone will be there shortly before class begins to let you in.
August 22 · Elias MohrFantastic yoga studio! I’ve been going here for years and I like that it is a smaller boutique studio. I feel like I can get to know the instructors better and all of them have been amazing. Each one is incredibly supportive, kind and gives good genuine instruction and feedback to everyone in class. A lot of their classes are the 26&2 traditional bikram sequence but they also have a good variety of other types of classes like ashtanga, yin, strengthening, etc. as well as yearly retreats.
