July 19 · Jameka HargettThis was our first time at hot house yoga and we loved how welcoming the experience was. Amy gets 6 stars from us. From the included towels and mat with your first class to the cold lavender towel placed on your forehead at the end of the session the details are all taken care of. Needless to say we’ll be back!
February 17 · Stefano PinedaIn town for a few days and wanted a little self care. Found Hot House Yoga on line and decided to give it a try. WOW!!! Nice people, clean studio , and an amazing instructor! Jen was GREAT!!!!I’ll get one more class be fore I have to head home, but will be visiting the next time I’m in town!!!!
March 09 · Lisa TomburoI've been coming to Hot House for 7 years and absolutely love this place. If you have aches and pains be ready to have those melt away. The Zen feeling you get after each class is enough of a reward to keep you coming back. If this is your first time, I would highly recommend Melanie M's stability class Sunday's at noon (Norfolk Location). This place is seriously the best treat I've ever given my mind, body and soul. The Laskin location has a rubber floor for those with joint sensitivity. Note: It will make balancing a little more challenging though🙏🏼
September 05 · Ana FaustI cannot recommend Hot House enough. Both locations are stupendously clean, comfortable, and peaceful. Every employee I've had the pleasure to interact with has been so friendly, accommodating, and professional. The classes are challenging and relaxing at the same time. You'd be hard-pressed to find a teacher who doesn't wholly embody the practice during class. I personally recommend Laura or Melanie M's classes if you're looking to really challenge yourself and deepen your practice.Lots of people complain it's expensive. Personally I find it is totally worth the cost when you consider how much preparation goes into training the teachers (certainly there are some specificities to teaching yoga in a hot environment when it comes to health and things like that), and maintaining an environment of learning and openness. Not to mention how much cleaning has to go in to each class afterwards, as well as the fact that they have multiple showers and comfort amenities like Q-tips and even mouthwash. The only thing I don't like is that for a "monthly" membership, they bill on a 28-day billing cycle. This means that every month your bill is going to come on a different, earlier date. I kind of feel like if they're going to call it a "monthly" membership, then the charges should come out on the same day every month. This way makes it a challenge to budget for and I have had problems making payments because of that. Not to mention, technically you're not getting an actual monthly membership at all. In the future I might go with the class card vouchers, that way I am not subject to what could easily be seen as a cash grab. But honestly that is a minor inconvenience when you look at the value Hot House Yoga brings to your own life. I definitely will be returning again and again.Namasté 🙏🪷💎
