The class is calming, but it also feels like a great workout- it is the best yoga class I’ve ever attended. The routines are also different every week, so it is always challenging in a good way. Wendy’s teaching style is awesome- she always emphasizes taking care of your body during the class and will suggest different ways of doing some of the poses. I am so happy that my friend recommended this place!

Her classes invite you to slow down and disconnect from the hustle and bustle of life - to find and connect with your breath, the here and now and your body. She empowers her students and challenges them to be in tune with their body - not the person next to them. She facilitates mindful flows and encourages students to modify to meet their body's needs. Her resistance band class is my new favorite! As someone with RA, this class promotes muscle strength so my joints stay healthy. The studio is simple, serene and a place of community and gathering
