The exercises always change, and I’m always sore haha. All of the instructors are kind, motivating, and supportive. Another bonus is the gym is very clean and I’ve met a lot of nice people here. It’s not too often you’re able to find somewhere that isn’t cookie cutter and instead adapts to all ages, levels and body types. As someone who never considered herself athletic I’m almost at 800 sessions. That alone speaks volumes. The class schedule is very accommodating and you are known by name there. The coaches are top notch and the equipment is always readily available, safe and clean. The workouts are always different and challenging in a good way. Massapequa fit body boot camp is all around amazing and the best way to keep your mind, body and spirit in its best shape.
