From my initial consultation with Doug, to food planning, and accountability texts / conversations, the trainers are truly driven to ensure you become the best version of yourself!Nate (trainer) quickly become a mentor of mine, taking personal interest in ensuring I am doing everything I can inside and outside the gym to be better.
