They cater to my own issues, Parkinson’s and Rheumatoid Arthritis, adjusting workouts to maximize the benefit, but take into account the different limitations I have.

The workouts are effective, fun, and challenging with lots of variety so you continue to improve and don’t get bored. My strength has definitely increased since I started working out here.
