★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1The culture that Mya (the owner) has built with this all girls gym has been an AMAZING experience! Mya is super knowledgeable about the woman’s body, which a lot of men trainers struggle with! She also has a coaching staff that she puts through an extensive training period before they are even allowed to coach! The group classes are just as hard as the 1v1 training! Her Flex is by far NOT money hungry. Mya is looking to transform women’s lives at every stage of their life (marriage, pregnancy, vacation, etc.) I joined the gym April 2024 and it has been an amazing ride! I look forward to being even more of a muscle mami as time goes on!

August 22 · Keira AllenI was so excited finding a possible female trainer until we got on the phone for the first consultation. She was about a little over an hour reaching out to me (after the schedule time). The tone was very polite in the beginning but then she was very pushy cutting me off or rushing me with my responses after asking me a question. This interaction was definitely sales based, she gave me a price and I told her I wouls have to get back to her when I sort things out for back to school. She told me in a very condescending way “before we hang up I will need a deposit to secure your spot it could be as low as $20, if not when we hang up that’s it. If you want to restart the process you’ll have to do what you did to get a consultation and “if” I have time to sqeeze you in I’ll contact you “. I told her ok and she said “welp good luck on your fitness journey” after that response I didn’t even want to reach out again to anybody else because if your strictly focused on talking somebodies money and not interested in offering a drop in class to see if I even like the environment before committing to ANY PACKAGE … that gives a little sketchy especially a payment over the phone. I can’t remember her name to save my life I wish I could so everybody can be aware of her real attitude
