★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Moving up to Buffalo I wanted to find a easy to go to and reliable yoga studio that would be a place I knew I would leave feeling more centered and relaxed. Heart fire is definitely it! Every instructor I have dealt with has been kind, pleasant, and welcoming. The space itself is comforting- easy to find storage right in the front, clean bathrooms, and easy to access props that takes the anxiety out of trying to navigate a new studio. Even the smell of the studio is pleasant and one I haven't noticed anywhere else. Have never had a problem finding nearby street parking and the location is central to a bookstore and lovely bakery you can stop by after. There are a variety of different styles of yoga offered, at differing and convenient times. I have been able to start my week with a gentle or yin yoga on Mondays, build up to hot yoga (at a manageable temperature) on Tuesday mornings, to a more active fit yoga on Saturdays. I appreciate the ability to fit it into my hectic schedule. Will definitely continue to attend classes here!

They also offer workshops and specialty classes, online classes and outdoor classes in good weather. Heart fire truly is a pillar of the community.
October 02 · Kelly CruttendenOver the past few years I have tried out many yoga studios around Buffalo and I have found Heart Fire to be the most diverse in their class offerings, super welcoming, and very inclusive. I have tried many different classes at Heart Fire and truly enjoyed them all.Restorative Yoga with Miyari & Gentle Flow with Denise are personal favorites of mine & often the most relaxing & refreshing moments of the week for me.I recently had to cancel a class I’d signed up for with little notice because I injured my knee & the owner was super understanding & kind. I love this studio & can’t wait to be back soon!
October 02 · Erin MaierI love Heart Fire so much!! I go at least twice a week. Super welcoming community and creative classes.
