She is incredibly encouraging and positive. The classes are a great workout but Kristen is wonderful at providing instructions/cues for varying levels of difficulty. I love the small class size!

After the group class I immediately reached out to Kristen and told her I absolutely was getting a membership asap. I have taken both the tower and reformer classes and they are both fabulous. I had never taken tower before and Kristen was so kind and patient with me during my first time!! I highly recommend this studio and it is absolutely for all levels of Pilates!!!
