May 26 · Susan ThomasMarisa and the community she has created changed my life! Immediately when I walked into the gym over 5 years ago, I was greeted by the kindest and most encouraging people. There is a variety of ages, bodies and abilities. I was so afraid of weights when I first came, but Marisa taught me great form, mindset and modifications. Workouts quickly turned from being a chore to craving them daily. The classes are fun, flexible, and different everyday. Marisa also truly cares for each and every one of her clients and the community is like family. My greatest life milestones have been spent alongside the HHBM community. Birthday workouts, a wedding morning workout, and the days leading up to giving birth. Now my son works out along with me. It’s our happy place!
