★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I’ve know Paul the owner of gym warriors since 2012 and it’s always been great working with him. He trained me in powerlifting, body building, did my diet for both and also for boxing. There’s never been any problems whatsoever with Paul and his gym. Any bad reviews for him or his gym is straight asinine.

April 15 · David PoillucciSo I’m on a construction site . ( I’m an electrician ) I’m on and industrial site at break having a protein shake … A co worker laughs at me and tells me I’m drinking garbage .he tells me about his personal trainer who had tons of experience and is a wizard about body composition and chemistry even beyond the dynamics a person trainer usually knows .I’m like yeah , yeah whatever man .He gives me the information for this place called GYM WARRIORS in Peabody at the time .I go and get some advice on diet plan and a suggestion for workout program ( skeptical mind you )After discussing things for a while and comming up with a plan with Paul DSimone leading the way with his extensive knowledge he suggests just doing a personal training session and seeing what he can do for me .So I take him up and do a trial workout .He asked me what group to workout and also explained good programs to follow and walked me through an amazing workout .I was tired and had pushed more than I usually would have but also felt like training was more complete than most I had followed previous .The guy knows his stuff for sure .I’m happy he’s a mom and pop because the attention you get for personal training is more tailored and better than you’re going to get anywhere else .He lives this stuff and it shows .It’s a no brainer GYM WARRIORS is the place to workout .Get some personal training regimen programs from him , let him guide you through some awesome workouts .The supplements are natural organic stuff . All around a ten for me
March 13 · james holskePaul knows his stuff, in 7 months of training my deadlift increased from 330 to 450, bench went from 215 to 270, and squat went from 225 to 360. I also gained around 13 lbs. of muscle (went from 183 lbs. to 196 lbs. @ 30 years old). Paul was constantly adjusting his training techniques to match whatever part of the lift I was getting stuck at and has huge variety of equipment that you won’t find at a commercial gym. Super happy with my results and the training was totally worth it, I have a much deeper understanding of weight training now.
June 13 · Robert ReganThis is an excellent hardcore old school bodybuilding gym. Large variety of well maintained equipment. It’s very quiet during the day if you prefer to workout alone. Paul is an very affable man with an extensive knowledge of bodybuilding and nutrition. It’s great that we still have a gym in the area that caters to unapologetic meatheads!
