★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Great gym with newer equipment than most military facilities. For anyone taking an ACFT for SLC/ALC at Ft. Gregg-Adams, it seems like most often they are taken at this location.
July 15 · Keli GriffinGym doesn’t have much equipment and the equipment that is there is broken, rusted or old. Great racks and lots of space for cross fitters. Ft Gregg-Adams deserves better.
September 13 · KoinuThey have tons of equipment and the staff is always helpful and engaged. They follow follow strict vaccinated only policy at the moment and allow you to workout without a mask. They have many different areas for you to get the workout you are looking for and are only missing a few of the very unique range of motion specific machines you might be looking for.
March 07 · Adrian SewellOut of all the gyms on this base, this one is probably the most preferred one I'd go to. There is ample space, an assortment of machines and free weights. A small turf built in field for ACFT, and CFT testing for MUF. I like to conduct farmer carries and weight walking of various exercises. I would suggest to at least go there once. They do have restrooms, locker areas, and a sauna. They do have a shake stop area, but you will never catch me there. I have better options at free plus it's free at home.
March 19 · Phyrexia HiveGood gym. Definitely the best one on post. They could use more of the 5-25bs range of dumbbells and definitely more back and cable machines, but otherwise pretty solid place
