★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I’ve been to many gyms in my life, and what I absolutely HATE is the pressure of not knowing how to use the equipment, whether I’m lifting correctly and safely, or if I’ll be judged for not having perfect "gym etiquette." When I found out that GND stands for goals not dreams, I was intrigued. I soon discovered that this place is more than just a gym, it’s a community of like minded individuals who not only show up to support each other’s fitness goals, but are also actively involved in giving back to the community. I wish I could write an entire story about the positive impact GND is having on its members and the surrounding community. Every member plays a part in turning shared dreams into achievable goals, and that’s the kind of gym I’m proud to support.
July 01 · Eric UsherAbsolutely love GND Strength Society! 💪 This gym is a game-changer. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed—no judgment, just pure support. The coaches are top-notch and genuinely care about your progress. I dropped $150 on a 10-class pack, and it's been worth every penny. Whether you're into powerlifting, Olympic lifting, or just want to get stronger, this place has it all. Highly recommend!
May 09 · Karl GarciaI haven’t had the pleasure of taking a class at GND yet however, after working with Kelli, the owner, for four months, I couldn’t help but give a 5 star review for her thoughtful and inclusive leadership and training approach. As a weightlifter myself, I understand the power of creating a safe space to learn and grow and Kelli is doing just that!
July 01 · Melanie ParkerI looked into weightlifting a few years back and got paired with Kelli. Kelli & this gym always have a space that feels genuinely welcoming & pushes you towards your goals. Whether you’re new or seasoned, I highly rec stopping on by.
July 06 · Yosemite PinedoI love everything about this gym. HUGE, clean, nice people, tons of equipment, plenty of kilos and so much SPACE between every lifting platform or combo rack. The first powerlifting gym I’ve visited where I didn’t feel claustrophobic or overstimulated. 10/10 would train here again!
