Now they both feel confident in their abilities to defend themselves, and at the same time are having fun. We love Nick(coach)! He always makes the practice fun and enjoyable. Each instructor does an amazing job of creating a workout for every fitness and skill level. In addition, with the multiple classes offered there truly is something for everyone. I have also been extremely impressed by the vast knowledge and experience each instructor has. They all seem to be truly passionate about what they do and sincerely care for the members growth and health. The atmosphere they fostered here is simply amazing. You have a group of individuals that work extremely hard and yet they are all very encouraging and friendly. I have never been to a gym with such supportive and inclusive members. I immediately felt welcomed and comfortable here.

I enjoy the variation of different kinds of exercises combined with the opportunity to work the heavy bag. Coach Nick teaches each class personally. I really appreciate how thoughtful he is about each routine, his endless wealth of knowledge about his craft, and about the passion he demonstrates for teaching and for his students' growth and safety.
