Functional Strength Training: Hour-long group sessions designed to help adults "find their inner athlete" by focusing on functional strength for everyday life. Sports Performance Program: Specialized training for competitive athletes to maximize strength, speed, explosive power, and durability. This includes hands-on coaching in dynamic lifts, Olympic lifts, and sport-specific training plans tailored to the demands and goals of the athlete’s game.
LI
Small Group Performance Training: All workouts are coached sessions featuring a prescribed daily workout, a group warm-up, and mobility/stretching exercises. Class sizes are intentionally small to ensure a high degree of "one-on-one coaching" and individualized feedback.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1This is by far the best gym I have ever been to. I was only living in the area for six months, but I learned so much and became so much stronger in that time. Lance and the other trainers are fantastic, and with such small classes you have a lot of one-on-one coaching. The exercises are also really adaptable to your fitness level and Lance is always thoughtful about modifying to address any injuries. Also, the other members are great and very welcoming. I have missed this gym a lot since I moved, but it set me up with a strong foundation of fitness and form for the future. Can't recommend it enough!
June 28 · Allison SherrisHands down the BEST gym I have ever been to. The trainers are friendly, helpful, and passionate about teaching and perfecting lifting techniques. I go here for the sports performance program and it has made an astounding impact on my game. Can't recommend these folks highly enough.
May 01 · Gina R-BI'm so glad I found GSF! The trainers here are welcoming and give great instruction and feedback. They really meet you where you are - they want to know your history with sports/exercise, any past injuries, and your goals so they can tweak the prescribed workouts for you when needed. The programming is fantastic - I'm amazed how many movements get packed into a 75 minute session. I'm three weeks into training at GSF and I couldn't be happier with my experience so far.
