When we met, I said to him “I’m 64 years old. I wanna ride into my later years feeling strong. Is it too late for me?”….One year later…I’m definitely physically stronger and there is a new confidence that I feel. Really surprised how they zeroed in on where I was weak and have tweaked the program to strengthen those areas .. couldn’t recommend enough!
